• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process transactions and manage your credit balance.
• To communicate with you regarding your account or security updates.
• AI Training: We use anonymized User Content to train, fine-tune, and enhance the performance of our AI models.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party service providers ("Sub-processors") essential to our operations:

• Payment Processing: Stripe (USA)
• AI Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), Meta (Llama).

4. Public Visibility

Please be aware that Public Projects are visible to any user of the Service and potentially indexed by search engines. Do not include personally identifiable information (PII), API keys, or passwords in your prompts or generated code.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@designwithvibbbes.com. Please note that Public Outputs previously remixed by other users may remain on the platform as part of the community license.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it.
